Muccii.com Return and Exchange Policy

At Muccii.com, we take pride in offering high-quality, exclusive kaftans and garments. We want you to love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes an issue may arise. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Damaged or Defective Items Only

We accept returns only for quality issues such as damaged or defective items. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.


2. Exchange-Only Policy

We allow exchanges instead of refunds to retain the sale. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange it under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Time Frame: Exchange requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team at sale@muccii.com or WhatsApp us at +965 5550 2134 with your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Price Difference: If the new item is of higher value, the difference in price must be paid.


3. Store Credit Option

For customers who do not wish to exchange their item immediately, we offer store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credits help keep the value of your purchase within our business.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom Alterations: Items that have been customized or altered per customer request.

  • Special Offers and Discounts: Items purchased as part of a sale, promotion, or clearance are final sale.

  • Swimwear and Accessories: Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.

  • Muccii Atelier:Items from this collection cannot be returned or exchanged because they are evening wear pieces made with delicate fabrics, hand-embellishment, and custom finishing.
    Each piece is produced in very limited quantities and requires special handling, so we cannot resell or restock it once purchased.


5. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service.
